The signature blend of doTERRA abode is a dynamic combination of CPTG™ essential oils including distilled Lime, Litsea, Cassia, Lemon Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Arborvitae, Kochii Eucalyptus, Cilantro, Lavandin and Lemon Myrtle. It is high in powerful constituents like limonene, geranial, neral and 1,8-cineole. In fact, Kochii Eucalyptus, found only in the semi-arid interior of Western Australia, has the highest concentration of 1,8-cineole, or eucalyptol, of all eucalyptus oil available. Cassia

A close relation to Cinnamon, Cassia has a strong, spicy aroma that can be used in small quantities to transform any essential oil blend or spice-filled dessert. Cassia can be used in cooking, either as a replacement for cinnamon in pies and breads, or by itself in a myriad of entrées and desserts.

Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf/Stem Oil, Eucalyptus Polybractea Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Kochii Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Loxophleba Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil Sometimes referred to as Gum Trees, Eucalyptus trees are evergreens that grow up to 15 metres in height. The main chemical components of Eucalyptus are eucalyptol and alpha-terpineol, which make this oil ideal for a soothing massage experience. Eucalyptus promotes feelings of relaxation when applied to the skin.

Arborvitae

Known as the “tree of life,” the arborvitae tree provides a warm and woody essential oil that is often used in meditation practices. Additionally, Arborvitae may have cleansing properties and could potentially assist with skin care.

Cilantro

Lemon Myrtle

Native to Australia, lemon myrtle has long been used by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as part of their diet. Lemon Myrtle essential oil is distilled from the citrus scented leaves of the subtropical lemon myrtle plant.

Litsea

Litsea cubeba is an evergreen tree or shrub belonging to the Lauraceae family. Its fruit produces Litsea – a lemon-like essential oil. Being native to East Asia, Litsea has a long history of traditional use by the indigenous people of Taiwan and has been widely distributed in Japan, Taiwan, Southern China and Southeastern Asia. Geranial and neral are also found in Lemongrass which has very similar scents and properties.

Lemon Eucalyptus

Native to northern Australia, Lemon Eucalyptus is derived from a lemon-scented blue gum eucalypti plant, a tall tree with smooth bark. With many topical benefits, Lemon Eucalyptus provides support to the skin. Keep this oil on hand when in need of a revitalising boost.

Directions for Use

For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil. For topical use only.
